What was so great about November?

I should start off by saying I definitely failed the 30 Days of Gratitude challenge! My apologies.

I think it’s a wonderful challenge that I’ll hopefully get to try again next year. However, I decided to take a break from it as I’m still trying to get this site up and running and figure out how to blog. Though the prompts from the challenges inspired a lot of thought and new ideas, I really want to instead post topics that showcase this blog’s brand. Or, future brand at least.

Right before this post, I checked in and discovered that November (my first month blogging), I had 162 views! That is definitely nothing compared to a lot of other sites, but I think it’s amazing considering this was all created on the fly and without hardly any research.

Thanks everyone and I hope you’ll share any blogs that you currently love reading, as a good part of writing is simply learning new things from other writers! I’ll be starting fresh tomorrow.

Thanks again,

  1. Welcome to this beautiful blogging world! I like your philosophy. I agree that it is hard to choose a specific niche because there are so many interesting things to learn and blog about. I used to do the NaBloPoMo challenge each November. It provided daily writing prompts and I did it two years in a row. This was the first year that I didn’t do it and it was actually a nice little break. Something that I love about blogging is the fact that when life gets hectic and you end up spending some time away; you can always come back and pick up right where you left off :).
Congratulations on your 162 views! That is great especially since you are just getting started. I am looking forward to following you and reading more!
